Booking Form

Booking terms:

  1. Deposit Invoice:
    After submitting the form, you will receive an invoice for your deposit within 24 hours.

  2. Confirmation Letter:
    Once the deposit is paid, you will receive a confirmation letter to secure your spot.

  3. Final invoice:
    All monies must be payment as per our Payment Terms (see below)

  4. Messenger/What’s Ap Group:
    Prior to joing your Adventure, you will be invited to join a private group chat designated to your particular Adventure.

  5. Limited Availability:
    Due to our small group sizes, spaces cannot be held without payment, so it's important to book as soon as possible.

Payment terms:

  1. Deposit Amount:
    The initial deposit is $495 to hold your spot. If your adventure is inside 90 days, see below.

  2. 2nd Payment :
    50% of the total Adventure fee must be paid within 90 days of departure.

  3. Final Payment:
    Your Adventure must be paid off in full within 60 days of departure.

  4. Late Bookings:
    Any new bookings inside this period must be paid in full at time of booking.
